JustMacApps is operated by Harsha Palegar, based in Kerala, India. These terms govern use of https://justmacapps.com and the associated directory, launch feed, community, and maker tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact support@justmacapps.com with questions. Accounts, community participation, and purchases are for people aged 18 or over who can enter an agreement.
Just Mac Apps lists third-party Mac software and links to developers and download destinations. A listing is not a sale of that software, a software licence, or a guarantee of safety, compatibility, availability, or future support. Check the developer's current requirements, licence, and privacy information before installing or purchasing an app. Apple, Mac, and third-party product names remain the property of their respective owners; a listing does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in links, and use only accounts and app records you are entitled to manage. Ownership claims require appropriate evidence. Linking a provider does not grant ownership of another account or listing. Do not share credentials, impersonate a maker, or attempt to access another person's private workspace.
You remain responsible for information and media you submit and for having the rights to provide it. You retain ownership of your material and grant Just Mac Apps permission to store, review, format, and display it to operate the requested listing, launch, community, or promotional service. Public submissions can be seen by other people when published.
Listings and launches require editorial approval. Editors may request changes, correct factual information, reject submissions, or suspend material that is misleading, unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with the published rules. Approval does not guarantee a particular launch date, ranking, traffic level, or sales outcome. Listing publication, submission-review state, and app ownership are separate records.
New free scheduled launches use one of 7 reservations per Monday–Sunday UTC week and publish on Monday after approval. The visible website badge must be verified before reservation and maintained after launch, unless a $4 permanent waiver, existing purchased benefit or documented editorial exemption applies. A $4 waiver still uses a scheduled slot. A $7 one-time instant listing has no weekly capacity limit or badge requirement and joins the current weekly collection after approval. Rejected and withdrawn scheduled launches release their slots; unfinished reviews move to an available future week. Advertising alone does not remove the badge requirement. Previously purchased exemptions and other valid benefits are preserved according to the purchase that granted them.
Keep comments relevant and respectful. Do not post unlawful material, harassment, private personal information, spam, links where prohibited, or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not manipulate votes, create duplicate accounts to obtain rewards, or evade rate limits. Comments support one reply level and may be edited, deleted, reported, or hidden under the service's controls. Moderation can change which activity qualifies for a streak or reward.
Organic weekly ranks and medals derive from accepted votes and published results, including recorded corrections. Paid advertising does not buy an organic vote rank. Streak milestones are awarded once per account under the displayed UTC eligibility rules. Earned rewards survive streak breaks, cannot be stacked, and remain awaiting redemption availability until the new commerce system is connected. Rewards have no cash value and do not promise unavailable inventory.
Only purchase an offering displayed as available in checkout. The offering, price, currency, duration, tax treatment, and any applicable scheduling conditions are shown before payment. Current purchases are one-time purchases unless the checkout expressly says otherwise. A browser return alone does not confirm payment or grant a benefit; verified provider confirmation is required.
Cancellation and refund requests can be sent to support@justmacapps.com with the order or campaign reference. Advertising terms explain reservation and delivery handling. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. New offerings do not retrospectively remove a previously purchased benefit. Payment-provider terms apply to hosted payment processing.
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. We take reasonable steps to keep records accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the behaviour of third-party apps and websites. Do not bypass access controls, scrape private records, interfere with the service, or use it to distribute malware. We may restrict access or content to investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with law, while retaining necessary ownership and payment records.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and directory information are provided as available without a guarantee of a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support first about a dispute so we can review the relevant records. We do not require users to waive statutory rights or agree to compulsory arbitration through these terms.
You can stop using the service and request account deletion through Settings. Ownership transfers and legally necessary retained records are reviewed before removal. Material changes to these terms will be accompanied by an updated effective date and notice where required.
